I am an out of network provider and do not directly bill insurance for treatment. However, I've found that many insurance providers will still cover my services as an out of network provider. If you have a PPO I can provide a "super bill" that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. I recommend calling your insurance provider to find out what reimbursement will look like for an out-of-network provider prior to our first session.

Here are some questions to ask when talking to your insurance company: 

-What are my out of network mental health benefits? 

-Do I have a deductible? If so, what is covered after the deductible is met? 

-Do I require a pre-authorization for my out of network benefits? 

-What is the reimbursement I will receive for a CPT code of 90834-95? (This is the code that will be used for most sessions with your therapist).

If you would like, I can arrange it so you receive a Superbill Statement at the end of every month for you to submit to your insurance provider for out of network benefits.
